Ck Properties were absolutely outstanding, from the moment we contacted Mairead and Carol until we received our keys to our new home. Their professionalism, quality of service and friendliness were unforgettable. It had been a very frustrating journey until we met with Carol, had sale agreed on 2 properties prior to viewing two properties in Swinford Carol showed us. The previous Auctioneers hadn't carried out proper due diligence prior to advertising the properties, with major title issues on both, which ended up with significant delays of 7-8 months. I'm an estate agent and lecturer in Property Services and was very digested with the lack of professional in Sligo.

Carol really understood that we were looking for a quick sale. Once we went sale agreed, she really fought hard to chase solicitors and the vendor to close the sale.
Emails and phone calls were always answered very promptly. I trusted she had both the vendor and our best interests at heart.
CK Properties left us a beautiful house warming present to top it all off. What a fabulous surprise and really appreciated.
